Simply put, scene is bad.
Attached are few 'good' results.
My advice - spend some time learning CGI basics.

And there's a setting  which always keeps interactive preview image ratio & size under value set.

Preferences > Corona > Interactive rendering > Maximum resolution (long side)

As you can observe under Render Settings/Output when you use 'Print' presets, then change dpi below it it shows how your rendered image res./ size changes (in pixels) while "Print size stays static" (cm)... so again, their UI terminology is a bit misleading, causing confusion.  ;)

Just got a bit confused... NP, a beginer's mistake.
Simply understand & don't 'mentally' mix mediums (its resolutions and other physical properties).
dpi (dots per inch) / term used in 2D printing where density, detail is dynamic.
ppi (pixels per inch) / term for display resolutions where density, detail is static and constant.

Well, C4D may not be as maneuverable/feature rich as Max w/ its plugins & file formats support is, but in general it's well known for fast turnarounds - quick & good enough visual deliveries in whole of visual market. Also, lately is getting obvious that Blender is slowly surpassing it as a generalist's weapon of choice. Especially in this specific area - concept designs & development (which architecture, landscape, residential/interior & set designs basically are.

Yup, and some other C4D shaders also show issues w/ Corona in Bump channel (didn't checked them all, but Wood is also among those)

Where is the material library located ? I dont find it

c:\Program Files\Corona\materials\

Manually remove files , then re-install.
Or simply do "extract" installation and then move/overwrite files.

Care to provide link to manufacturer's site?
Main texture (ALU010039_d.jpg) is missing from your folder.

But basically, this ain't complex at all, plain textures are driving a simple shader.
So also note, to achieve look you're after, you'll have to match lighting.

it's possible with textured & fully directional Light material on a plane
but it tends to have soft shadows, is quite noisy and produces lots of fireflies
