I am trying to render the inside of the ocean like this.

I placed a plain water surface above the camera, with black boards around it.

However, the rendering screen is dark, and the light does not reach the water properly. Even if I make the surrounding black boards white or change the exposure, there is no change.

Is it impossible to create a scene in a wide space like the ocean?

Try increasing the absorption distance under the Media options rollout. This controls how quickly the light entering the water becomes black.
To get "real life" simulation, you would also need to enable Scattering under media options since there are tiny particles in the water. This will however result in longer render times.

It's solved! Thank you!

By the way, is it possible to create a line of light underwater like this?
Would it be necessary to add a thin layer of mist or something?

Volume caustics would be ideal.
 But try gobo light technique, play with sharp shadows...

Those beams of light are exactly the scenario covered by Volumetric Caustics introduced in Corona 12 Update 1, something that few render engines handle (and so they need to fake it). See https://www.chaos.com/blog/corona-12-update-1. A big benefit of not having to fake it is they can animate (realistically), see
t=333s for some examples.

It is now possible to express caustics on walls,

but it is not possible to express the shimmering light shining into water.

Can you explain what you mean by that? If you mean caustics through volumes, then this is possible: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4954589213457
