Refl. Intensity & IOR are basically same thing.

Imperfections are "simulated" using roughness.Which is what makes material surface IRL appear diffused, rough, scratched, less smooth (less glossy) but reflection intensity stays same.

Do you have any specific situation/case in mind?

Corona saves all layers in a single file.
Here's how to: TUTORIAL: CESSENTIAL Render Elements (playlist)

Note C4D Render settings:
- Save Regular Image is saved flat / single layer

but other options work fine
+ Save Multipass Image as... EXR /
Multilayer (checked)
+ Picture Viewer w/ Layers (checked)
+ Corona VFB


Observe Console Windows to see, if any error report appears or for any other stuff going on behind the scene... start to debug.

If you mean distortion you get on the roof tiling, it's called Moire Pattern/Effect.

You can somewhat get rid of it by couple of different techniques - either using "right" AA Filter or "Super-sampling" (render bigger image and after down-scaling it).

All components import fine here (R25 + v8 daily from Dec 16 2021)

Corona Materials are imported via Corona's Material Library. Unless you made your own assets/presets from those. But those also work.

For some finer orientation around color spaces, here's an an excerpt from Jorgen HDRI's comparative study on digital color, shared over @ "ACES for CGI" Discord:
I decided to test TCAM v2 today after reading this server. Based on Chris' color sweep tests it looks like it handles color mapping better than the ACES color transform (I'm sorry for butchering the nomenclature). My hope is to find a solution that provides me with the most accurate colors based on my own workflow and available hardware/software.

This test is an s-log2 shot (not CGI, I'm sorry Jin), which I had to store in a different log format (ACEScc), since the TCAM OCIO-config doesn't include s-log2 specifically. Also, I'm comparing the TCAM sRGB output to the ACES rec.709 output, since the ACES sRGB output had way more contrast and crushed blacks than rec.709, compared to TCAM sRGB output.

I tried making these comparisons a gif, but really, that's a stupidly bad idea. So instead, here's a bunch of PNGs you can open in a browser and tab between to see the difference between how the different configurations handles the input colors and dynamic range.

Let's just say these daffodils are orange IRL, very much like what TCAM is producing, not neon yellow like what ACES does.

What I want to convey is, first a proper IRL reference must be established and only after a search for best CGI practice can commence.
