Keymaster: hijacking the original thread to write down the bug: volumetric scattering ignores light include/Exclude property

i found some strange bugs in corona light. check the attached screenshots and the scene.
- direct visibility: only 3d shape (sphere & cylinder) is visible in 35deg angle view when "visible directly" checked.
- include/exclude: "include" is work well, but "exclude" doesn't make any difference.
