that means something connected to the DR server, but did not obey correct Corona DR protocol. Could be corona error, mixing different corona/drserver versions, or some other application using the same port
Rendering is magic. How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)

i didn't run any other application other than corona DR on renderslavePC, & only one corona (7.2). that note comes after 3rd render jobs running (3hours /job). i cant imagine if it occur when some users do long time running animation job.
it must be corona DR bug isn't it? do i have to repost this topic to bug report board or wait till the moderator move it?

maybe... is your scene larger than 2 GB?

ah i just got this problem again. check the attachments.
my computer has 2 ip address or 2 LAN connection, 1 connection is for distributed rendering (only 1 node) & the other 1 is for communication to a workgroup. maybe it could generate that tipical problem. but this is a solution for my DR delayedtime problem before, check https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,6218.msg42384.html#msg42384. first image comes from node was sent for just 2 minutes, big different if the nodes joined to workgroup it could takes about 15-30minutes.
no one of the workgroup member use 3dsmax or corona.

edit: if i use 2 LAN, i cannot use "search LAN" to find the nodes. i have to typed it's ip address manually.
update 1: regarding 2 ip addresses case, if i stop the render, the note on the nodes response and show "closed loopback connection" only, but stucked there .. the note "ready for connection" won't show up.. unless, i have to manually close the cmd with note "starting 3dsmax DR", so that, DR is "ready for connection" again.
