DR delaytime connection

Hi all,
my renderslave need long time about 15-30mnt to start the render command from mainPC, check the attachment. is that timing is normal? or there's something not right with my network.

it seems the network is extremely slow, if it sends 128MB for 5 minutes. Rest looks normal, by default first image will arrive after 10 minutes from render start.
