I strongly suggest to fix hdri by painting sun in photoshop, instead of changing gamma. You'll get much superior results this way.

Hello man, try to change the gamma of the hdri, if you are able to use vray hdri slot change the output gamma to .75 this will increase the brightness of you render and decrease of the light in the dark areas.
On top as usual a pass of AO will help a lot.

Will that work with the standard bitmap module?

It's quite obvious that your sun is way too big. Look at the shadows, it's like there's giant softbox outside a windows

You won't be able to correct this HDRi to sun, it doesn't have sun :- ) if you boost the intensity of bright parts (sun behind clouds) it might look bit awkward.

Since I used the same HDRi, I added CoronaSun with low-intensity to some interiors as well. It plays nicely together imho, no reason why to avoid it.

Juraj appreciated :). yes I increased exposure of the sky hdri to have some soft shadow, and added extra sun from another hdri to give some information, some sharp shadows.

but I think that resulted bad: (.. I'll try and corona sun and decrese exposer

thks a lot juraj and romullus :)

You are getting there. The exterior render looks really good.
