Sure thing, its like the fourth post in this thread :)

Cinema 4D's render engine landscape is currently well suited for Motion Graphic work which shouldn't be too much of a shocker really but its kind of weird when you want to do more complex things. Especially arch-viz oriented. Currently I think Arnold and Redshift seem to be the best plugins for C4D with Octane trailing fairly close behind.
The problem is, none of those is especially suited for arch-viz per say. I mean you can totally do it but I guess there is a reason why Corona is so popular in that particular field :)
V-Ray is obviously not there yet unless you really like hitting that render button time and time again (scene preparation is not fun) and Corona is trying to get to "1.0" but its kind of been like that for the past few years. I know the developers are trying hard and the implementation as is definitely is usable but as soon as you start getting into more specific workflows the wheels come of really quickly. There are also some basic, really important bugs that are persisting for like a year or two now.
I mean that is just my opinion I guess. Personally, I've had a couple of projects throughout the year where it was just way quicker and overall cheaper when I ported them over to 3ds Max where I've also used Corona. V-Ray is obviously crazy good on that platform as well. I just can't seem to commit to that platform because Autode$k.
