Hi Guys,

I'm working on a product shot for a protein paste.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further improve the render, maybe lighting or materials?

I have attached a quick pass draft render of how it's looking so far

C4D R19 / Corona B2 c3
OSX

any suggestions or comments welcome

How about very soft fingerprint smudges ( barely noticeable ) at the markers you would
tear it upon ?

Maybe give it an environment and let it stand up, maybe lean it on a fruit bowl or something (don't know about your client wishes).
You need a better camera angle and image compositing. Angle and placement are a bit boring at the moment, mood and lighting look good.

cheers

I agree with the above. It does look a little boring. It definitely needs an environment. Perhaps an open packet with the actual product scattered could be interesting. Currently, It's lost with that background.

For faster feedback you could use the Corona discord. I guess you get faster and maybe even more feedback.
