can somebody help? Standard FairSaas Licence, since activation, crashes on ever 3ds max Launch.

hi, based on your screenshot , thats doesnt looks like a crash imo.. that could be caused by accessing an existing corrupt file
if crash occured after that you can upload the dump file here https://corona-renderer.com/upload but i think its better to open a ticket for personal support in corona freshdesk

This is a known issue, but we are not sure what is causing it.
The only known solution seems to be clearing the 3ds max user files - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Resetting-3ds-Max-3ds-Max-Design.html

Hi Maru, I've cleared 3DS Max User Files according to the Autodesk guide, however the crash error still persists. Any other possible solutions?

That's strange. Can you try reinstalling 3ds Max?

i think it's no corona or max related but your OS access to folder, sometimes permission is broken, reinstalling may help, also you may try to run max as admin
