Oh man ...  I was just about to do the same question, so there is no way to get an ID mat for any elements behind glass materials?
I already tried all Glass modes and the alpha still shows solid and Mats ID too. Nothing like V-Ray multimatts that keep the transparency values?

Thanks for the input.
I was wondering about that raw extra data  because comparing the file size of the incremental with the final it is always double, so if there is extra data then it make seance.
I am just using the incremental as a learning method for now, trying to figure out renderings time and comparing mostly with V-Ray, so see who clean first.
I am still new to this progressive method to I am trying o find a way to predict in some way how long I need to coock the images to be acceptable.  At the beginning I though it was based in passes, like I need 100 passes for an 3000 pix image to be clean,  but now I am not sure, let say I have to have 3 images done in one machine, how to know how much to cook.   V_Ray give an estimation that is a good reference, with progressive, hard to know.

Thank again.

Well there is not better answer that the one you find yourself, seems to be the Motto in this forum.
If anybody has the same question, Yes incremental save by default will save double the size of your output image, and the size will depend of the internal calculation resolution, this can be found in the Image filter area.  Not sure why works that way.

Still wonder why the incremental save do not carry the render stamp with info.

Hello,
I am trying the save incremental on Corona V6 and I found two issues, The first one is the size of saved image seems to be double the original size?  I tried to check my output size and everything but I can not find answer to this.
Also the image save without the render stamp.
Are this issues know, I am missing something in my setup?

Your help is appreciated.

Looking at the screen shot, and I know it may be a early stage question but, Cinema 4D has a rather not efficient Sky system, I see that the Corona Test look really good, are you guys implementing the Corona Shader using Cinemas Sky? or you have a specific Sky system ?
Thanks

The problem was that last time I checked the developer was not interested in money, so a personal change may be necessary

Well if it is not about money then what else we can say or do to motivate this programmer!!!
There is people dying on the streets now wondering when Corona for Cinema 4D will be available, North and South Korea are about to start a war to find who get the first copy.  Brazil will not participate of the next Soccer world coup unless Corona for Cinema is release... that work for you?? :) :)

Very nice update, very much refined than the first one congratulations.
I am pretty sure there is plenty people ready for beta test this, we are just missing developers!! I can't believe it.

I am still holding hope, I don't want to spend in V-Ray to later find out that Corona is out I rather spend my money in this engine.

I understand that development of software is not a click button deal. but I wonder if this API is being develop as Student side gig? or as a real time framed development?
As much as we all love free stuff maybe if you charge a small amount for Max plugin and Cinema plug in you can finance a more consistent developing time.  Is not right to work for free, others rendering software are charging with even less features that the one's Corona has now.
Cinema 4D is a pretty decent user base to be considered.
In the middle I just wait patiently I guess.
Best regards.

Just to make it clear, Albedo shows the areas where light is reflected the most? I honestly never heard this term before, can someone enlight how to properly use this pass? It looks very promicing but google search didnt give any kind of usefull (in my opinion) information.

Thank for the answer and your great work on this app.
As a side note I think it is a great idea not to limit this render engine to only one 3D software, a la Fry render,( that it is slowing dying like Brazil render)  having a strong app that can be used in different 3D hosts and platform is a great advantage, and I truly believe if Corona keep growing the way it has it will be a strong alternative to several artist, Plus timing is very good now, with Autodesk almost abandoning Mental Ray and VRay new prices schedule there will be a lot of artist looking for decent alternatives in all platforms.
Well that's my opinion for what it is worth ;)
