NEO-N - thanks for the reply. I am using a 35mm lens. I use this combination of lens, distance and fStop quite often and usually get a decent DOF effect. You may well be right, but I don't remember it being this difficult. Thanks again for taking the time to reply...
Hmmm,
my steps are:
- open scene
- check all Bools and SDS
- hit render
- wait for kaboom ;-)
I uploaded a short video:

Hi. You all got this totally wrong.... Any old time Corona user knows that hamsters has nothing to do with Corona - it's all about Ponies!
C4D AR and Vray works as real.... liquid mesh inside glass, not in-between glass thickness. First time saw this method.
...
Strictly speaking, using that definition, a computer is not a machine, since it uses electromagnetical power rather than mechanical :-)
ahhhh..... yes corona handle it a bit different. glass, liquid and then glass thickness....!!!

"STRANGE METHOD"
...
Aha, indeed! It could really be the reason why Corona runs stable on this machine and gives issues on others.
Because I never use installer to install directly.
My preferred practice is to unpack, then move stuff to proper locations.
That way i know registry is safe, no extra stuff gets installed & cleaning is hassle free.
;)
Wow! But I can not make it work :(
No random effector? How should I set the fracture in order to make it work?
With a file in attachment, you will probably be able to detect a possible bug and also put blame on V-Ray :)))))
p.s. I think the problem is between left side reflection and right side matt material.
There is no V-Ray code in Corona besides the DMC sampler. The DMC sampler doesn't really affect the aspects of the image you mentioned.
[I actually expected that all Corona issues from now on would be indiscriminately blamed on V-Ray. It took longer than I thought it would, but here we are :)]
Best regards,
Vlado
