Why is this not news yet, just found it by accident

My view port point clouds always disappear when i activate the Interactive render, how can i avoid this from happening, they show up in the render and i can navigate but i cant see them in view port, when i end the IR session they come back

Final still frame of an animation i worked on for a local brewery. this rendered over lunch time at 3k but was clean around 25mins, final animation times where about 7mins per frame at 720p
would have posted it here if i was not too shy about how i animated it

Anyways can't wait for the interactive renderer for setting up lights for shots like these

Work in Progress/Tests / FPP Grass flicker Issue
« on: 2014-10-24, 15:57:36 »
Hi guys this is an animation im working on this animation and i know still has many problems ie: the floating tress ect. but what i cant seem to fix is the grass flicker @ 0:24 and between 01:29 to 01:34 using Forest pack lite
if i do a view port preview the issue is not there, any idea as to what might be causing this?

Work in Progress/Tests / Corona C4D Test & Scripts
« on: 2014-09-06, 21:29:09 »
After working with 3ds Max for so long there are some things I missed about C4D, I'm sooooo happy Corona finally came to C4D
after playing a bit with it I see there are still quite a lot missing to make it work like the max version but anyways decided to see how I can make the best of it
this is a very basic scene because I'm a bit rusty in C4D

Jumping in I saw there is no way to change exposure real time like in max so I managed to come up with a small workaround for that,

the other problem was with setting up materials, going every time in the menu just took too long for me,
I'm in no way a coder so I asked my buddy Josef Bsharah ( how he created his VrayC4D material script for different types of VrayC4D materials
so based on his concept I crated something similar for Corona C4D

Lastly I created a render engine switcher to Corona Render and made some more scripts with my own icons for the basic Corona Camera,Light & Sky
Im OCD about pushing buttons with no icons

ENJOY and let me know what you guys think.

Personal Project by Valenciana, Spain based CG Artist: Oscar Perez Ayala
using 3dsMax, Zbrush and Render with Vray. He spent about 4 months working on it and more than 200 hours rendering

What are your thoughts in terms of vray vs corona rendering on a massive scene like this, is corona capable to do it with out killing all RAM?
