Out of all C&C games I liked most (RA2, Emperor, Generals) I always found Tiberium series kind of less developed :- ).

But really cool animation, the walking man sells it a lot.

Don't know nothing about c&c but i certainly wouldn't mind to play a game with such graphics o_O
