Could Corona check before rendering if any warning displaying in CEM still valid and clear those warnings which are no longer relevant? And in case there are no more warnings left, could it close the CEM window?
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

This would be too complicated. But we will add something else - clicking some of the buttons that correct a problem (such as setting correct gamma or disabling bitmap paging) will remove the message
