Backburner ERROR: big headache!

Hello,
I read a lot about this shit of BB...
Often, in our office, we have this random error:

ERR 3dsmax adapter error : Error opening Max Job: C:\Users\PC02\AppData\Local\backburner\ServerJob\26 - Fiorine.xml.details.
ERR Launcher: Timed out executing command:"C:\3dsMax2015\3ds Max 2015\maxadapter.adp.exe" "-o" "ShutDown" "-l" "Info"

A lot of user, had our same problem, but it's not clear the solution...

The bad thing is that it happens after 3-4-5 hours of render, not immediately! It's a very big, break of ball.
Now, we are running BB Server on the not not as a service, and we use a mapped drive for all our asset:

 ASSET  (\\cecofuli-pc\e) (Z:)

do you have some idea?

Sorry but I do not know any certain solution. I don't recall this being ever reported in our support. This is the first thing I thought of after I read that it happens after 3-5h because we had a slightly different report where BB would crash after ~200 passes or when zooming in/out in the VFB: the solution is to UNINSTALL (not just disable!) any antivirus software you are using. No antivirus and no firewall on my slave. But, only in the main machine.
I'll try to remove Avira on the master machine and see what it will happen...

It's funny to see that Deadline support Corona, and not old renderer like Arion, thea etc...

Corona is eating part of Vray market IMO, so they are smart and they include it, other engines were not rivals to Vray, Corona is a proto-rival hahaha
