I found a bug with emitter and VRaySun when the geometry is small. See the image and the .max file in attachment.
When the geometry is small, Corona creates a lot of noise if used with VRaySun.

(*) A4 with default parameters.
(*) You can reduce the geometry size by using XForm modifier

This is a logical error scale of the scene. Try reducing the size of the plane to 500 cm.
This is not a bug!

Polymax, you are right. With VRay I didn't have this problem with 2000x2000 plane (it isn't very big... ) and VRaySun. Good to know =)

Here is the error in an attempt to render an object the size of 0.5 cm on a plane the size of 2 km.

Fixed, thanks for submitting it! The problem was in the scene scale (too small emitters in too big scene).
