Please make render elements respect the filtering flag

I have searched for a request but didn't find anything.

As the title says, please make elements respect filtering. I know we can render elements without AA as an extra step but it's not always applicable and sometimes you really need it all in one go. If it's an easy thing to add, please consider making this available.
