Hi to all!
After the completion of my last urgent project (where I used the 45day free v1.0) I decided to take my time, rebuild some stuff I didnt like and give a try to alpha 6. As I expected the render times are significant longer but I am very satisfied with the results and at the end of the day alpha 6 is very capable to render simple architectural scenes like this.

So, this a private residence in Gerakas, Athens, Greece in a cloudy day (design and construction by lkmk architects www.lkmk.gr)

Regards
Tolis

@rampally- thank you.
@demmi- thanks for the kind words. An easy setup is to make a surface, add some noise modifiers and apply a nice soil texture from cgtextures. For the grass use peter's tutorial (http://www.peterguthrie.net/blog/2009/03/vray-grass-tutorial-part-1), to make 2 or 3 different groups of blades with a variety of lenth and material and scatter them with rotation and scale. Then add some flowers, twigs, longer plants, some leaves, gravel etc.
@Nekrobul- that's cool!
