I am trying to buy FairSaaS license, but has no luck for second day in a row (neither PayPal nor Credit Card looks to be working). Your customer service is unresponsive, you give no phone numbers, which in case of 500USD goods is rather standard practice.

I am rather disappointed with your way of doing business. On the other hand you have an opportunity to "market" me and give example of "nice behavior" for others.

My deadlines are passed since stupid simple step to pay for goods in your case became work of Sisyphus.

If you are having the same problem as I did, which was my credit card being refused (as well as my Paypal account) don't worry, Ondra and Adam handled it manually in the end. It's a problem with some online store providers and not the fault of the team behind Corona.

Corona Team was friendly, we got temporal license until payment issue will be resolved.

As far as I understand payments are handled by 3rd party, and we got into situation where time difference between EU and USA did play bad role.

I reviewed your case.

- Our helpdesk is open from 9 AM CEST (as advertised on our website). You got first response from us at 9:11. If we provided phone support, it would go to voice mail, because there would be nobody to pick it up.

- You activated demo on 28th of February and it now correctly expired.

- Your payment was declined by a third party (Paypal). We (or any other merchant) have no way of overriding this decision.

I understand you are angry about missed deadlines, but there is no failure at our side. I recommend not leaving licensing to the last minute.
