Sure it is, but not as a substitute of white. There must be a decent reason to shift colour balance to one or another side for it to work nicely. I don't see that reason in your picture.

Is Not a shift color balance, is  a light with temp color of 4000k

That is what we were talking about, actualy it is pretty easy to fix. Jus lower the white balance from 6500K to 5800-5200K that should do the trick.
