How would you guys approach modeling and texturing something like this? This guy did it very successfully!

Is it feasible to use a texture that creates the bump and undulations of the rock wall, or would that look fake in your opinion? I'm just getting into visualization so am not a very sophisticated user. Any direction to resources that could help such an endeavor would be hugely appreciated!

The model looks simple - basically flat surfaces. Material - looking at the wall which is parallel to the camera, I would say it's a bump map, and probably even procedural one. I would use interactive rendering for this and mix 2 or more procedural noises with different settings.
