Explain yourself, what do you mean with freeze?
Do you mean freeze the payments or another thing?

Cheers!

not the payment...when you purchased it it's done you have 30 days, let's say that in 15 days you're going to finish your scene and then you model another or you don't have anything to do,then if there is a way to stop the counter days running..that's what i mean...

this is done by cancelling the subscription and later creating new one with the same email. The are no penalties for it (e.g. you do not have to pay any further charges), but the "granularity" is 30 days - payment is always 30 days up front and cannot be refunded (our ecommerce solution is the limitation here - it does not allow shorter billing periods, and we suffer penalties for refunds). But if your "break" will coincide with the next payment, then you can "pause" for few days without problems. Also the promo discounts we have right now will carry with you the entire first year only if you continue using corona un-interrupted, so if you would cancel the 20€/month SaaS, you would have to resume for the full price (25€/month)
