Hi there.

I have a friend that don't do render professionaly, he's been using A7.2 so far, but he is going to test 1.0, and he asked me what happens when the 45days trial ends, what are the limitations?

Currently with vray for example you can do everything but with a water mark, what is the case here?

Cheers!

You will be able to open, save, modify, and convert scenes, but they will render black. A demo that will continue to work after the trial is over is planned for the future.

<OFF TOPIC> What!? Is this true? I can believe it, so many years i wanted to have Vray, just to be able to convert Vray materials to other renderers, but i thought that demo will lock completely, once time expires. What a looser i am :[

Hey romullus.

Having the trial is the only way I could convert materials, it has limitations like the watermark or the resolution limit for the activeshade to 320x240, but I don't render with vray anyways, so it's great to convert scenes, I'm thankful to vlado and chaosgroup for allowing us to do this.

Cheers!
