How workstation license works if you have it with render nodes licenses in Fair SaaS mode?

I mean if we have some work seats for modellers and they are have no need to access to corona renderer but have to have Corona renderer installed to handle scenes without problems. Will it be enough to have 1 license if we have, let's say, 1 visualizer and 3 modellers? Or we have to buy 4 licenses?

You need to buy as many licenses as many users will use Corona at the same time. If somebody is not using Corona at the moment, but has 3ds Max open, that does not count - so if only 1 user will use Corona at a time, buy just 1 license.

Thank You, Ondra.

But how counts "using" of Corona? Does it opened render settings or pressing "Render" button only? Or may be even MatEditor counts. Because modellers can assign predefined materials to objects. Is creating materials counts?

yes, it counts. It may render now, but in the future it will shut down and render the materials black
