Great mood !
The bulge seems a bit overdone.
The curtain could be more puffy, looks a bit shabby at the moment and intersects with the heater.
Apples are great, inhouse model or stock ? Can you share the source :) ?

Like the close up images on the coffee pot! The metal shaders on both the spoon and the pot itself look great.
I think the 1st image (the view that you posted before) is an impressive composition as well.

I gues that this is geometry, 2 layers of scatterd spheres in different size density and texture.
Or particles to simulate the surface tension but with the same idea of 2 layers.
