Distrubated rendering problem slippy renders

Hi...

I am getting an error saying: '' replying to discovery ping from '' when I send backburner from the computer I work to another computer.
 
Other 10 Slave computer gives the same error. When the computer that I have backburner on is rendering, the other computer that has Slave cannot join it.
 
Apart from this, when I render on my computer, all other slaves are rendering . I think there’s a problem with backburner that I cannot sort out.

1) If the error text does not fit windows error sound is heard ( very very bad :) )

2) why I cant see my other machine names.first ı want to see my slave machine names not ip adresses.I cant find my Failed machines :(
