Seemed to me or really the noise more when rendered in crop mode rather than in the mode "view"?

Testing the crop in my blur bug topic doesn't seem to have this problem with noise i think, will try again

I do not mean DOF or MB, namely noise GI or lights.

Do you use HD cache? Because it does less precomputing when using crop. Try increasing precomp amount, or # passes writable

Hello, same problem here, with A5 31 May ( cause Asset traking and Proxy bug in the OFFICIAL A5)
This problem is random. When I render a crop, sometimes is fast, sometimes is slow.
In this test, from the first to the second render, I just check/un-check the emitter toggle in the shader and click render. No change or modification in the rendering settings, or inside the files etc...
