Sorry, I think my last conclusions weren't correct.
These problems could be eliminated by simply following the correct UNC rules.

Move all your textures to some shared folder across your LAN, and modify the maps paths accordingly.
Make sure you see the Status "
Network Path
" like in this photo for each shared map.
