Hello.
It's for my engineer diplom, and first step with corona :D.
Building model was done in Revit.

Dirt can add subtle realism...but first you have to be so good the dirt is the last missing piece. But here it just screams as unnecessary detail, that is so visible and absolutely unfitting for new hospital.

Cameras with falling verticals. Yes it can be done, but not like this, and unless you perfectly know where to use it, keep it straight. It induces vertigo and looks amateur.

Unbalanced materials. Some look far too white (the metal on outside), some far too dark. It has to be much more consistent.

I could add 100 another, but...these are the biggest offenders that have to be accounted for and are mistakes of beginners.
