Sorry dude but there is hard to say something about your work, there is waaaaaaaay to much things done wrong. Not only in lithing setup but also in modeling.

This really doesn't look good but as it is a WIP, I will encourage you to improve it:
-What kind of DoF are you using? From Corona or done in post?
-the glass model doesn't look very good and it is placed very close to the camera so all its flaws are visible
-same applies to the bottle - ugly blurred textures
-windows have sharp edges - they should be blurred by DoF, too!
-the background bitmap is in poor resolution
-think about composition, why are the glass and bottle cut?
