Micro bump in high amount might convolute into simple noise from certain distance.
Your material seems glossy, in 'varnished polish' type of way, wheres wood that would showcase its structure through specular reflection would have natural finish to it mostly,
and that would be better represented with 'roughness' map, so reflection glossiness in Corona (and you could alternatively also supply bump map, but only in small amount, filtering would take care of it
to only show through in close-up).
How does your material look like ? What is the reference you are trying to recreate ? (or alternatively, were you sucessfull with this material in other renderer and it doesn't work for you here ?)
