I'm getting a reproducible crash whenever I try to use Camera Map Per Pixel as a map in a CoronaMtl (or anywhere in general).

I remember it was working in earlier versions, but I'm not sure.

I has tried and it working normal in the A7 and in the later builds.

It crashed both in an empty fresh max scene and in a project. FYI, this was in max 2012/Win7. I'll check now with max 2014, maybe there's something in 2012 that makes it crash.

Tested:

2012 - crash (confirmed for A7 and Daily / build timestamp Jul 16 2014 21:45:34
2014 - no crash (tested with 7.1 RC3 only)

Didn't test 2013 and 2015. So whatever it is, it's only crashing in 2012.

I cannot reproduce the problem. Do you have the 3dsmax updated? Could you send me a scene that crashes for you?

Strange. I have the latest product updates. Max 2012, PU 12.

Sending a scene makes no sense since it happens also in a fresh scene without any content.
Reproducible here with:
- choose Corona as render engine (and matedit)
- assign CoronaMtl to a slot
- assign Camera Map Per Pixel to a map slot
> crash

What's strange, it does NOT happen when I do this with a Standard Material, even when it's previewed in the classic matedit with Corona as the matedit renderer.

*Bump*

Is anyone else seeing this on max 2012?
I am not sure what is causing this (other than Corona) so I'd be grateful if anyone could test this on max 2012.

Works here - tested last daily and A7.2, both with max 2012. Can you send me minidump it produces?

Tested.

Latest DB for max 2012 (timestamp: Dec  6 2014 16:53:28, newer builds are not being compiled for max 2012 it seems) works fine.

Alpha 7.2 (Corona as matedit renderer):
- works fine when 'Camera Map Per Pixel' is applied to a standard material, both rendering and matedit
- crash when 'Camera Map Per Pixel' is applied to a CoronaMtl

Minidump attached.
