I think this looks great

depends on the look you are going for of course - but i dont see a problem.

Try to remove blur on bumpmap to make more obvious scratches and try to play wtih reflectin map and reflection glosines map un photoshop making them more or les black or more or les contrasty u can also try to do this by using cuves in bitmap options.

But that all depends on the reference there are lots of leather types.

I play with reflections, maps, and changed the color .... :)
