Ahoy!

so i have been trying to render a CAD car my brother built and ran into the issue seen in the picture.
Tried it with VRay and the smoothing was rendered as displayed in viewport (sorry i missed out a comparison).

Is this a common issue or am i missing something?

Thanks in advance,
Leif

P.S. : Converting to meshed ends in horrible quality.

Yes, it is known problem. Corona is capable of rendering what is called body objects in 3ds max, with a little workaround. Just change settings of your body object according to attached picture and you're good to go.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.
