Hey everyone,

I recently encountered an issue where clicking the Cosmos Browser button didn’t seem to do anything. However, I noticed a minimized Cosmos window briefly appearing -but I couldn’t click or maximize it. (see the sceenshot attached)

Reinstalling Corona, restarting 3ds Max, or even opening a new scene didn’t help. After some troubleshooting, I finally found a fix and wanted to share it in case anyone else runs into the same problem.

I suspect the issue happened after I minimized the browser once while using multiple monitors- it somehow disappeared and couldn’t be brought back

Solution:
1. Click on the Windows Start button and search for:
Stop Chaos Cosmos Browser app

2. After it stops, search again for:
Start Chaos Cosmos Browser app
…and run it.

Hope this helps anyone facing the same issue!

Hi, we did have some users with similar problems, however stopping and starting the Cosmos browser doesn't always help.

You are right that the issue is most likely related to multi-monitor setups and the window displaying "out of the current display area". We even have an article about it with instructions on how to fix it by changing Windows display settings. :)

I am also attaching a script here which brings all windows to the center of the screen. We haven't yet had a case where we could check if it helps, but it should. Perhaps it would be useful to others. Just right-click on the .bat file and start it as administrator.
