I'm rendering an animation but at a certain point the camera enters the car and the car's reflections disappear from one frame to another, it's not material or anything like that, because when I move the camera to the side in the same keyframe the bug disappears, can anyone help me?

It's definitely the issue described here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/33851577440273
Please check that article for an explanation and possible solutions.

Most likely, you have some refractive or volumetric object close to your camera, and this object isn't "closed" - like a plane or other geometry without a cap. When the camera gets too close to it, Corona assumes that the camera is submerged inside a medium, it's like underwater rendering.

Which version of Corona are you using? This shouldn't be happening anymore with Corona 13.

After looking closely I realized that the model I found on the internet had two planes stuck together like glass, each with the normal to one side, so I moved the two apart and joined them together to form a solid and it worked, thank you. I'm using chaos corona 13.

Great to hear that this is now resolved!
Another option, which would not require editing the geometry, would be making sure that the glass panels are using the "Thin shell (no inside)" option in their materials. That would disable refraction.
