We're looking for more modellers.
At present we're primarily looking for site modellers but if buildings are more your thing then please also get in touch.
- You need to be able to follow & interpret architectural site plans (mostly UK based but we work with clients globally).
- You need to be able to bring in various plans (hard & soft landscaping, engineering etc) and make sure these line up and are to scale.
- You need to be able to model to levels - following a client's proposed plans.
- You need to know when something doesn't make sense on a plan and be able to ask us - We're always happy to help with this or contact the client if needed
We will require you to produce work for us which aligns with our pipeline or be willing to learn how we create sites in-house.
- We'll of course provide any help with this (including screen recordings if needed).

It'd be very ideal if you could also send over an example scene of a site you've made, just for us to assess.
- Please include any plans used to create the site (image planes and/or DWGs
- Please don't include any vegetation
- Ideally, please don't include materials and just colour code objects (dark grey for road, light grey for pavement, green for grass etc.
If you're unable to provide a scene then screenshots will be fine as long as wireframe on shaded is turned on so we can see topology.
We do require a good layering system and a clean modelling process.
