Please try this:
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2024\Plugins
2. Remove all files starting with "corona"
3. Install Corona 13 again
4. Check if the issue is still there

Did older versions of Corona work for you and the problem only appeared in Corona 13?

What system locale are you using? Please try setting it to English(US) and check if that helps. Remember to change system locale, not only language - https://www.ninjaone.com/blog/changing-system-locale-in-windows/

Hello, I'm not sure if you're a Chinese user. I've encountered this issue with you before, and later I found out that it was caused by installing QQ Desktop (a program used to organize Windows desktops). This issue also involves 3dmax2026. This issue starts with corona12updata2. Opening this software 3dmax2026 on the computer will also cause an error. All versions of 3dMAX after installing corona12updata2 will run incorrectly, but uninstalling and installing corona12updata1 will work normally. The solution must be to reinstall the Windows system, and make sure not to install software such as QQ Desktop
