Please try the below steps. If they don't work, please submit a support ticket at
https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/newWindows- Uninstall Chaos Cosmos from the Windows "Add or remove programs" list
- Then delete this folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Chaos\CosmosDownload and install Cosmos again:
https://download.chaos.com/?platform=47&product=62- Go to your Windows Start Menu and search for:
- "stop Chaos Cosmos Browser" - click it
- then "start Chaos Cosmos browser" - click it
Check if Cosmos is working now.
In case the above steps did not help:
- Stop Cosmos using the shortcut here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Chaos Group\Chaos Cosmos Browser
- Then delete all cpkg files which are located in C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Chaos\Cosmos\DB
- Start Cosmos using the shortcut here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Chaos Group\Chaos Cosmos Browser
MacOS- Uninstall Chaos Cosmos by going to: /Applications/Chaos/Cosmos/uninstall/Uninstall
- If they exist, remove the following folders:
/Library/Chaos/Cosmos/Library/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos
- Download and install Cosmos again:
https://download.chaos.com/?platform=47&product=62Check if Cosmos is working now.
In case the above steps did not help:
- Execute in Terminal: sudo launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/CCBService.plist
- Delete: ~/Library/Application\ Support/Chaos/Cosmos
- Execute in Terminal: sudo launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/CCBService.plist
Check if Cosmos is working now.
