I am reaching out because I’m extremely frustrated with the current situation regarding Corona Renderer.
According to my license, it should be active until the 19th of April (today is 16th April), yet since Sunday( 13th April) the Corona Renderer has completely stopped working. Every time I attempt to activate the license, it redirects me to a browser window with the message:
“This site can’t be reached — 127.0.0.1 refused to connect. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”
I have important deadlines and ongoing professional projects that I now cannot complete, and this situation is unacceptable. I rely on this software for my work, and this unexpected disruption has already caused significant delays and unnecessary stress.
I have tried everything:
Reinstalling Corona Renderer several times
Restarting the system
Attempting to launch the license server manually (there’s no service running)
Checking all folders and services (no Corona Licensing Server or services visible)
Resetting 3ds Max and clearing ENU folders
Merging scenes into new files (which doesn’t work either)
Even when I manage to reinstall, Corona still cannot find the license and shows "Chaos Corona license not found" in the Render Setup tabs. The license server does not run, and I cannot access it through the local browser either.
This has made my workflow impossible and wasted a huge amount of valuable time when I should be working on urgent projects.
I need immediate support to resolve this.
Any suggestions or clear instructions would be appreciated — but honestly, this entire experience is beyond disappointing.
