Chaos Cosmos failing to load

Hi all,

We update our office yesterday and my colleague was getting this today when loading Cosmos.

The window loads but gave this error.

Failed to load URL: https://localhost:30306/?utm_campaign=cosmos&utm_source=Corona+12.11.511125&utm_medium=3ds+Max+2025&importer_id=e272d4d5-d57b-42a6-9080-f09c7dd2350f
Error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED(-102)

He's restarted his system and his Cosmos is working again.

His Corona was working even though he was having this issue.

Any ideas how to sort this without having to restart if it happens again?

Next time please try this:

Go to start menu, type "Stop Chaos Cosmos Browser" - click the resulting app
Then delete all cpkg files which are located in C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Chaos\Cosmos\DB
Go to start menu, type "Start Chaos Cosmos Browser" - click the resulting app
