Hi,

There has been some chats about this, but I could not find a clear solution, we have only noticed this issue since upgrading to V12.
We were previosuly on V9.
Max 2023, Corona version 12 Update 1 (Hotfix 1) .

The render finishes (passes + denosing) and then crashes.
The CXR appears to be saved in the folder but is 0kb file size, and no other render elements are saved.

We have found it connected to the resolution of the image.
6000 x 4780 works
7000 x 5576 crashes

We also tested the 7k render without the frame buffer on, and with the denosier off, and then denosier to final gather, but it still crashes.
We then tested saving to exr, which worked for 7k sized images up to 10k.
With exr we then try 15k but that crashed.

Another test rendering a teapot, at 12kx4k worked, but the densoier/save used 100GB of memory.

It would be good to understand the ram required relative to image pixel size for this save process, so we can be aware prior.

Note: we have have the most amount of ram possible in our consumer workstations, 192gb.

Machine spec:
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16-Core Processor  4.30 GHz
Ram 192 GB
OS Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

Thanks
