After updating is not open scene

Hi, After updating from Corona 24/02/2013 I'm not going to open a scene from a previous version and writes this spell

Merge scene and it will work.

I've changed quite a lot of stuff, and I don't want everybody to merge the scenes between A3 and A4. All my old scene can be opened in the actual build, can somebody experiment with it (deleting different objects and trying to open in latest build) to single out what is causing this? It will be probably one particular object, map, material, ...

I had a similar problem with the transition from alpha to dayli update from 05.02.2013. And the problem was to render dialog (imho).

actually i can not open all of my old scenes as well.
i`m getting the same errors

Same Errors here. I was working on a Scene with A3, saved it, closed max, isntalled A4, open it, File > Open > A3 scene > Crash Dialogs.
  I will try to merge...

I'm blaming this one on 3dsmax... its parameter system sucks ;)

I am getting another strange behavior. Sometimes the VFB don´t shows any image, but it´s rendering. If i close the VFB its more likely to happen, if i keep the VFB opened all the time, never happens.
    Just get it back to apear closing Max and opening it again. So i never close the VFB. But i guess it could be some Video Driver problem...
