Hi guys,

I'm new to both Corona and 3dsmax. I've just finished my first  follow-along tutorial, where my final render looks completely different from the one in the tutorial, even though i followed exactly the same steps.

My biggest problem is the floor -  it keeps rendering in this weird gradient from wood material to default gray -  I am not sure if its reflection/glossiness setting or some other problem. I have tried multiple Corona Wood matte floor materials, but each one does the same thing in rendering.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am just learning.

It's hard to tell from the image what might be causing this. If you apply a different material (e.g. full black or red), is the problem still there? If yes, then maybe you have some geometry overlapping with the floor?

Other than that, you can share your scene with us here and we can investigate: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
