quick one guys - i have a gaming machine, with a 3080Ti and my main rendering rig has a 4090.  I was thiking of swapping them to get the better card for gaming but i absolutely do NOT want to affect my main machines viewport performance.  I only use Corona render (3ds max) for my work but i dont want it to affect the FPS or heavy scenes - what are your thoughts on this?  do you think it will affect my main rendering rig much with this swap?

Thx mate.  One thing i noiitced is, the 4090 has a single 16pin cable and the 3080 has a dual 8 pin.  Do I need specific adapters or something?
