Architectural rendering project for a family business

Hello everyone! It seems like the right time to share our latest projects, but we’ll do it in parts – a wave of beautiful residential complex visualizations is coming, which could eventually become a hub for a young and close-knit community.

Let’s start with a realistic rendering called "Coffey Townhomes", one of the first in a series of three projects. The client for these suburban developments is the UK-based developer "Fromley". Their main goal is to attract funding for the construction of these buildings.

What do you think of the work? Do you believe that visualizations can serve not just as images, but as a powerful argument and convincing tool for investors?

Nice Images.
If I can one or two things.

I think the trees are too big to the front of the houses, they take away from the architecture, The red tree is big and very red, sort takes your eye off the overall image.
The trees in the back are also too big, and its just filling a space, the area needs context.
The houses are nice. The roofs lack detail. No ridge tile etc, they make a difference.

I had a look at your other work , and that's very good.

The last set of images you put up, the house , the trees were very big also and the images are over exposed.
I find when I am working on an image or project for a good while, I don't see my mistakes, so sometimes walk away, and take a break, and look at it with fresh eyes.
I take it , it is not an actual project as they are not set out right.
Houses are too close the road, not enough parking, small or no gardens.
Go one line to your local planning office and down load a pdf of the recent scheme and use that as a template. It will be much more realistic in the long run.
