Hi guys,
I need help to create random cables like red cables in the image...somebody have any suggestion?

There are countless ways to do something like that, from manual drawing and adjusting splines to using dedicated scripts or even particle systems like tyFlow. Draw approximate shape of the line, apply normalize spline modifier to have even segments, then apply noise modifier.

You can also try with the 3ds Max Hose object. It's underrated. :)
