I'm happy to know that something starting to move about it. As I wrote in my about a year ago post, playing with light mix features open great possibilities in post processing. However, saving a single CXR at time via VFB could be boring...
Naively I thought that the addition of the CXR format in the save options of cinema would obviously allow integration with the take system and the render queue. Happy about this I shared the changelog of the latest beta with my team last night at 03.15! :)

Today I'm playing with te last beta and with my sad surprise it's (still) impossible to have multiple CXR files out of a render queue...
But I know that it's a wip release, or I can miss something, like ever.

All the best

a workaround for the moment:

( c4d-render settings : save to cxr.)
enable autosave in the c4d corona settings and and switch the amount of copies to the amount of takes you have! ( images kept on render end )
Volia! in your autosave-folder you will find the cxr.-take renders.
