Hi, I simply dont understand why we need this button for this purpose.
What it only does is activate the edition for the regions.
I think that this button should enable/disable all render regions. For me its not logicall that this only enables the edition.
Regions are still active, in order to disabling regions (which is more important rather than activate the edition) we need to click on the arrow and then click "disable all".
For me its confusing, editing render regions should always be active, maybe lock them with an option in the arrow.

Another thing is that when loading an image into History, regions cannot be draw, a lot of times I just want to render a region and I cant.

I have already submit this to Ideas but I was wondering if someone else have this issue.

If  they do have the same issue(s) or thoughts, they should vote for it when it appears on the Ideas Portal - https://chaoscorona.ideas.aha.io/

(Not to say they can't comment here, but the vote is what will help things move around in the priority list :) )

Agree with the region render button. Doesn't make sense to have a button just to lock (?) the region and something else to disable it. I'll vote for it if you add it
